All package prices indicated on our rate sheet include the VAT at the rate set by the regulations in force for transportation services (*), chauffeur services, fuel, unlimited “passenger” insurance. Tolls, parking fees and chauffeurs' meal allowances are the responsibility of the passengers transported.

Baggage is limited to 30 kg per passenger and remains the passenger's responsibility.

A transport record is issued to passengers at the end of the transport service.

Methods of payment accepted: cash, check, credit card, (Visa, American Express, Master Card...).

All of our services are payable upon completion. If the client has an account with CHABÉ LIMOUSINES, services are payable upon receipt of an invoice by the 15th of the following month.

All complaints should be filed within eight days following transport service. All disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction over the CHABÉ LIMOUSINES corporate headquarters.

(*) Applied VAT rate: 5.5 % (this rate will be updated in case of any changes in the legal and/or regulatory provisions).

The transportation of paying passengers is regulated by law. Only vehicles authorized by law can provide such services. Please be advised that certain organizations use vehicles that are not authorized and are therefore illegal and offer you no guarantees.
